ZEETEX: Precision Engineering for Optimal Performance
Manufactured in our state-of-the-art facilities in Indonesia, all ZEETEX tyres are made using high-quality raw materials and automated processes. Key components of our technology include high-tensile steel layer belts, optimized at angles for safety; a triple tread compound with silica, an ingredient found in most premium tyre brands; and jointless bead wires and nylon to enhance stability by protecting the tyre casing.
To guarantee unparalleled quality and performance, ZEETEX tyres undergo rigorous testing at world-renowned facilities such as IDIADA, Test World, and Smithers. Our tyres are thoroughly tested on parameters including noise, mileage, rolling resistance, wet and dry braking, and aquaplaning, ensuring they meet and exceed these standards before entering the marketplace.
